Process Serving Simplified

1

Submit Your Documents

If you are not on our regular daily pick-ups, you can submit your documents by direct upload (use the button above) or by fax/email. Once documents are received and your order placed with us (call, email or use the online form), we will make the necessary copies for our registered servers to process the service. If your documents have not yet been filed, we will file them for you.

2

Proof of Service

You will be sent status updates until service has been effected and your Proof of Service will be sent directly to your email, where you can easily retrieve and print it. We also keep secure copies so if you ever lose yours contact us for a replacement. If you are unable to file the proof of service yourself, that’s not a problem. We can do that for you as well. In addition, we offer Skip Tracing services to locate an individual’s whereabouts, should this service be required.

A Critical Choice…

Selecting the right process server can be critical to your legal case. There are many process servers to choose from, but they are definitely not equal. At Rocket Legal, our knowledge of process serving laws, Rocket service, and completion rates are second to none.

Divorce

divorce

At Rocket Legal, we understand that the divorce process can be complicated and messy, even if your partner is not actively avoiding service of divorce papers. All the same, in order to initiate divorce proceedings, you must serve your spouse with a copy of the Petition and a Summons to appear in court. This process of service must be done by a third party. You cannot legally serve these documents yourself.

Our process servers have many years of experience in dealing with this difficult situation. We’ll serve your divorce papers in a professional, respectful and timely manner. In cases where your spouse may be actively avoiding process of service, we provide skip tracing services as well (see below).

Skip Tracing

Obviously you can’t serve documents to someone you can’t find. Whether they have simply moved, or are actively avoiding Service of Process, our professional skip tracers will track them down using proven methods.

We start by collecting as much information as possible. This will include any and all info you have in your possession about the party you need served, as well as, in many cases, public records which we can access ourselves including but not limited to such records as phone number databases, credit reports and criminal background checks. The information is then carefully analyzed to find possible whereabouts of the party. In many cases, the process involves actively calling or visiting known past residences, landlords, employers or associates.

You will receive regular updates from us during this process as we narrow down the options until we find the party you’re looking for. If the purpose of finding this individual was process serving, we will then immediately serve documents.
